Wm. Leslie Doggett, owner of Doggett, is a first generation Deere dealer who, with the dedication and commitment of the entire Doggett team, has worked over many years to grow into what is now one of the largest John Deere dealership groups in North America.
Doggett's origins as a John Deere dealer began rather inconspicuously with the acquisition of a small dealership group located in South Texas. However, after implementing, and then perfecting, an operating strategy that was intently focused on providing world class product support and taking care of customers when any problems arose, the operations were later expanded further in Texas and also into Louisiana. Today, Doggett operates a total of 18 John Deere dealerships covering all of East and South Texas as well as the entire state of Louisiana.
While the size of our organization has grown significantly over the years, the key to our success has been to remain committed to what made us successful in the first place, which is taking care of our customers. Unlike many other equipment dealers today, who are second and third generation owners, Wm. Leslie Doggett is not only the owner, but is also the founder of Doggett. Thus, he is acutely aware of the principles and values that have been such an integral part of this organization's success in the past, and continuously works to ensure that those same principles and values remain ingrained in the corporate culture.
